Return & Refund Policy

At L4TK (Live 4 the King), our goal is to provide you with high-quality apparel that helps you share your faith with the world. Because each item is custom-printed specifically for you at the time of your order, we handle returns and refunds with the following guidelines:

1. Damaged or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a printing error, we want to make it right!

  • Please contact us at live4theking@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

  • Include your order number and a clear photo of the damage or the error.

  • We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost, or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Sizing and "Buyer's Remorse"

Because L4TK uses a Print on Demand fulfillment process, we do not keep a warehouse of inventory. As a result:

  • We cannot offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of heart.

  • We provide a detailed Size Chart on every product page. We highly recommend measuring a favorite shirt you already own and comparing it to our chart before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.

3. Address Errors & Refused Deliveries

  • Please double-check your shipping address! If a package is returned to our fulfillment center because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

  • Unclaimed or refused packages are generally donated to charity by our fulfillment partners and are not eligible for a refund.

4. How to Start a Claim

To report an issue with your order, please email live4theking@gmail.com with:

  1. Your Full Name

  2. Order Number (e.g., #L4TK-1001)

  3. A brief description of the issue

  4. Photos of the product and the shipping label
